SCC FAK^−/− cells, infected either with Eps8 (shE) or non-targeting (shC) shRNA were transiently transfected with either full-length Eps8 (GFP–Eps8 1–821) or with Eps8 lacking both the SH3 domain and the C-terminal actin binding region (GFP–Eps8 1–535).
