Mice singly infected with influenza virus or coinfected were euthanized on days 8 and 11 post influenza virus infection. Perfused lungs and mediastinal lymph nodes were harvested. Isolated cells were stimulated ex vivo with influenza NP147-155 peptide. Data shown are pre-gated on CD8+LFA-1hi cells. A. Representative flow plots. B.
