Lungs and mediastinal lymph nodes from influenza virus infected or coinfected mice were isolated on day 8 and 11 post influenza and processed as previously described. A. Representative flow plots. Cells were pre-gated on CD8 and LFA-1hi expression. B. Averaged data from 11–14 (d8) or 8–11 (d11) individually analyzed animals assessed over two independent experiments.
