The rader map draws the proportions of Classes, Folds, Superfamilies and Families of the ASTRAL SCOP data set, Benchmark_2 and Benchmark_3 compared with SCOP database. The whole area (the blue part) is the full sample space in SCOP database. The red, green and purple regions become smaller in order, which indicates that the scales covering the sample space of ASTRAL SCOP data set, the Benchmark_2 and Benchmark_3 are smaller.
