Differences in telomere length (by quartile of length) between cancer-affected and unaffected mutation carriers are shown. Associations are presented as Hazard Ratios (HR) with 95% confidence intervals (95%CI). Analyses are adjusted for age, study plate, and relatedness. Weights were generated for this study based on time at risk before age at censoring, affected status and mutation type (BRCA1 or BRCA2).
