Adrenal vein plasma samples were collected prior to ACTH infusion and 15 minutes after IV administration of 10 IU of ACTH from 9 PA patients (3 male, 6 female). Corticosteroids were quantified by LC-MS/MS. Values are expressed as mean ± SEM The fold change increase following ACTH infusion is shown as the mean fold change ± SEM. ND, not detected.
