Dose-response curves with 95% confidence intervals of Δ[Ca²⁺]_i in response to a stepwise increase of [Ca²⁺]_o for BS type 5 and ADH mutants compared to wt-CaSR. Results from 11 to 27 individual cells measured in at least 4 independent experiments are shown.
