Gene knock down of MACROD2 reverses tamoxifen resistance in TamR clones. (A) The shRNA constructs (shRNA3 and shRNA5) were used to stably knock down MACROD2 gene expression in TamR clones along with a control shRNA. Verification of knock down was performed by Western blot for MACROD2 in whole cell lysates. GAPDH was used as a loading control.
