Mean K_d values of at least three runs ± 1 SD are reported as 10⁻⁵ M. Lactose and LeB were included in SPR analysis. No interactions were observed with these glycans and any Ply sample. n.i., no interaction (K_d observed was greater than 1 × 10⁻³ M and/or the χ² value was greater than 50% of the maximum response).
