Light gray peaks represent the true AFLP fragment, the remaining peaks with a slightly higher amplicon size represent another, uncharacterized fragment of similar size. The higher peaks of the latter fragment were incorrectly scored as being present at EM74.7 (black), the lower peaks were scored as being absent (dark gray).
