(C) Quiescent RASMC were stimulated with Scriptaid (2 µg/ml) or DMSO for 0.5, 2, 6, 12 and 24 h for NOR1 mRNA analyses. mRNA expression was normalized to RPL13A and expressed as mean ± SEM fold increase over untreated (UT) cells (*P < 0.05 vs. unstimulated (−) in panel A; #P < 0.05 vs. DMSO in panel A and C). Immunoblotting for GAPDH was performed to assess equal loading. The autoradiograms shown are representative of three independently performed experiments.
