DBD ADHD Severity scores were calculated from adding all DSM-IV ADHD items rated on a 0–3 Likert scale, producing a score comparable to the ADHD-RS total score. Number of children includes participating adolescent. Standard scores from the Wechsler Individual Achievement Test – 2nd edition are reported for academic achievement.
