Schematic representation of data acquisition for the phasor FCS method. The blue circles represent the pixels of an image. In this scanning mode, each line is scanned multiple times. The line time and the retracing time are represented by the solid and dashed red lines, respectively. The time between two consecutive acquisitions at the same pixel is shown by the solid black line and is equal to the sum of line time plus retracing time.
