The effect of the three select synthesized tetrahydrocarbazoles on the production of (b) Aβ38, (c) Aβ40 and (d) Aβ42 peptides tested at six different concentrations in APPsw/PS1-M146L-expressing HEK293 cells. The IC₅₀ of all Aβ species for all derivative structures tested lies at low micromolar range. All the values are normalized to the value of DMSO, which is set to 1. DMSO, dimethyl sulfoxide.
