At 4 weeks post-injury, group B compared with group A, P<0.05; group C compared with group A. P<0.05; and group C compared with group B, P<0.05. At 6 weeks post-injury, there were significant differences between groups A and C (P<0.01) and between groups B and C (P<0.05; Fig. 2B).
