OVA-specific IgE, IgG1, and IgG2a levels in serum were measured. Ninety six well plates were incubated with OVA (final concentration 1 µg/mL) for 16 h at 4°C, and the immunoglobulins levels were measured (the serums were diluted with PBS to 1∶40 for the IgG1 and IgG2a measurements) after a triple wash with PBS.
