Representative example of FCM analysis showed that MHC I and CD80 were lowly expressed in Panc-1 CSCs compared with Panc-1 cells. No significant differences were found for other immune molecules including CD86, HLA-DR, HLA-DQ, CD86, and CD1a. The expression of CD80 and HLA-ABC on Panc-1 CSCs are shown by a solid line.
