Different DCs (Panc-1DC, Panc-1CSC DC) were co-cultured at a ratio of 1∶10 with lymphocyte for 5 days. The non-adherent cells were collected and counted as effectors cells. Effectors (1×10⁶ cells) were cocultured with the pancreatic cancer cells (Panc-1, Panc-1 CSCs) at different ratio for 20 h at 37°C in a 5% CO2 incubator. The cell-free supernatant was collected and analyzed by LDH assay. A. The Panc-1 CSCs lysates modified DC showed stronger killing effects on Panc-1 CSCs compared with Panc-1 lysates modified DC. B. Panc-1 CSCs lysates modified DC had comparable killing effects on Panc-1 cells compared with Panc-1 DC vaccine.
