Binding of FIV SU-Fc to anti-V3 antibodies detected by ELISA as described in “Materials and Methods”. Anti-V3 mAbs were incubated with SU-Fc for 1 h in the presence or absence of heparin at room temperature. Values for other SUs-Fc are percentages of the mean optical density value of PPR SU-Fc, which is regarded as 100%. Results represent one of three independent experiments. Values in bold represent loss of specific antibody reactivity to a given SU-Fc.
