NR4A1^GFP Tg reporter mice were treated with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) or an equivalent volume of PBS via intraperitoneal injection. Mice were euthanized 42h after treatment, and Lin⁻ BM cells were isolated, stained and analyzed by FACS. (A) CD150 and CD48 expression levels of LSK cells from 5-FU treated and control mice (left).
