The (A) plot is for the subject in whom factor analysis provided the most accurate estimation, while the (B) plot shows the worst case (AUC error of 7.7%). Please note that the peak estimation was better in the (B) curve. This underscores the fact that the peak contributes little to the estimation of the whole AUC for tracers like [11C](R)-rolipram, whose wash-out from the vascular compartment is very slow.
