Expression of Th1 transcription factors and IFN-γ in resting naive and memory CD4⁺ T cells. Gated on CD3⁺CD4⁺ T cells of resting PBMCs, the expression of T-bet, pSTAT-1, and pSTAT-4 in resting naive and memory T cells was analyzed by FACS; resting memory CD4⁺ T cells greatly expressed higher T-bet when compared with naive CD4⁺ T cells.
