Note.—Of the 37 species included in the study, 13 are represented by genomic-derived (CDS) gene models, and the remainder came from transcriptome assemblies: “NGS 1” consisting of assemblies generated using Illumina data from the Thousand Plant Transcriptomes (1KP) Project, “NGS 2” from another contributed Illumina-derived Trinity assembly (Cannon and Belamkar, this study), and “NGS 3” from an Illumina-derived SOAP Denovo assembly (Jiao et al. 2012).
