Morphology of phage plaques and virions. Morphology analyses show the morphology of plaques formed by Bp8p-C (A) and Bp8p-T (B) on double-agar overlay plates and the virion morphology of phages Bp8p-C (C) and Bp8p-T (D). The phage virions were stained with potassium phosphotungstate and observed using transmission electron microscopy.
