(A) Strategy for non-viral transfection screening with enhanced throughput using a 96-well plate: PLG scaffolds were fabricated within 96-well plates and mineral coated using mSBF. Then pDNA complexes were incorporated within mineral coatings in a simple soaking process and cells were seeded onto the scaffold.
