(A) EMSA was performed using ³²P-labeled dsDNA probes with 6- and 8-space control probes (sequences in Fig. 2) and with 5-methylcytosine (^mC*) bases in the second DEAF1 half-site. (B) EMSA was performed using equimolar amounts of N52-69 IR800, Htr1a IR700 and 6 space consensus (6con) IR700 probes.
