Dectin-1-transduced cells were incubated with various concentrations of SPG-biotin for 30 min on ice. After preincubation and washing, the amount of SPG-biotin bound to the cells was determined by staining with streptavidin-Alexa 488 conjugate and using a flow cytometer.
