Diagram of the mediolateral COM-COP angle θML. The ML COM-COP angle was the angle between the vertical and the line connecting the COM to the COP (red star) as seen from the frontal plane of the participant. The frontal plane and participant-fixed coordinate frame was defined by the orientation of the pelvis using the iliac crest and trochanter markers on each side of the body.
