The accumulation of YAP/TAZ in the subcellular fractionation to generate cytoplasmic and nuclear fractions. The sample was fractionated to generate cytoplasmic and nuclear fractions in control conditions or after treatment for 2 h with 1 μM LPA. The presence of the cytoplasmic marker β-tubulin and the nuclear marker lamin A/C in the appropriate fraction was confirmed by western blotting with the corresponding antibodies.
