Levels of inflammatory cytokines in serum after LPS injection in BCG-primed IL-15 Tg mice. IL-15 Tg and control C57BL/6 mice were injected i.v. with 1 mg of BCG and challenged with LPS 7 days after infection. Sera were collected at 0, 2, or 6 h after LPS injection, and levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-12, IL-18, and IFN-γ in serum were determined by ELISA.
