The value of gc was obtained from (Zampini et al., 2013). The value of v was obtained by running MAP__BS with no stimulus present. All other values are identical to those used in publicly available Matlab source code MAP__BS at http://www.essexpsychology.macmate.me/HearingLab/modelling.html.
