IMR-32 cells were treated with AA 30 µg/ml and bleomycin 60 µg/ml and incubated for 24 hrs. At the end of treatment period, supernatant was collected and cells were lysed. All values are expressed as mean ± standard error (n = 3). *p<0.05 when compared to control. **P<0.01 when compared to Bleomycin.
