Nuclear accumulation of cyclin D1 in cells exposed to long-term FR. Detergent-insoluble fractions of cell lysates were prepared 24 h after the last radiation exposure, and western blotting was performed. Levels of nuclear cyclin D1 were determined for cells exposed to 31 days of FR. ATM inhibitor KU55933 was used for 72 h and then detergent-insoluble fractions of cell lysates were collected.
