Morpholino antisense oligonucleotides inhibit luciferase activity in vivo. (a) Paws of FLG-luc2p+/− mice (3 animals/group) were intradermally injected with PBS, native morpholino antisense oligonucleotides (native-MO), or self-delivery modified MOs (Vivo-MO) on Day 0 (noted with *). Left paws were treated with LUC2P-MO (300 pmol) and right paws with control-MO (300 pmol). 40 µl PBS was injected into both paws of PBS control group. Representative images are shown here (see Supplementary Fig. 7 for full dataset).
