Effect of salubrinal on thermal pain hypersensitivity produced by CFA injection. ER stress modulator salubrinal (37.5 µM, 10 µl) was administered into TG through cannula at 5 days after CFA injection (arrow). Salubrinal significantly inhibited CFA-induced thermal pain at 30 min after injection and the inhibitory effect was gradually reduced by 24 h. Data is expressed as means±SE.
