Two hundred and fifty one patients with no malignancy, 58 patients with cutaneous malignancy only, 56 patients with noncutaneous malignancy only, and 16 patients with both malignancies. (B) Types of cutaneous malignancies. Precancerous lesions, 14 patients; basal-cell carcinoma, 30 patients; squamous-cell carcinomas 28 patients; and melanoma, two patients.
