Kaplan-Meier survival curves for ccRCC cases from the TCGA were stratified by Ror2 expression. Ror2-High expressing ccRCC tumors exhibited a significant lower A) recurrence-free survival and B) overall survival in non-metastatic patients (M0) (N = 382). Likewise, an analysis with all RCC bearing patients (M0+M1) (N = 468) showed a significant decrease in C) overall survival and D) cancer specific survival with Ror2-High compared Ror2-Low. Log-rank p-values were assigned using a univariate cox regression analysis.
