Effect of cytotoxin-II on the intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation. MCF-7 cells were treated with the half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) value of cytotoxin-II for 3, 6, 12, 24, and 48 hours, and the intracellular ROS was measured using dichlorodihydro fluorescein diacetate with a florescent plate reader.
