Temporal changes in tumor volume determined using bCT (a) from pre-treatment to mid-treatment and (b) from mid-treatment to post-treatment. Tumor volumes are after logarithmic transformation. All study participants experienced either partial or complete pathologic response. Reduction in tumor volume could be observed at mid-treatment with bCT.
