let-7f reduction did not affect the proliferation of MCF-7 cells. A, qRT-PCR analysis of let-7f expression in MCF-7 cells treated with let-7f, AMO-let-7f or with NC miRNA. After transfected let-7f into MCF-7 cells for 48 hours, let-7f expression was increased by over 56 folds compared with NC group. C, Cell cycle analysis of MCF-7 cells after let-7f, AMO-let-7f or NC miRNA treatment by flow cytometry. After exposure of MCF-7 cells to let-7f, AMO-let-7f or NC miRNA for 48 hours, cells were analyzed by flow cytometry.
