The number of significantly changed genes in the rat mammary gland upon low energy level/low dose (30kVp/0.1 Gy), high energy level/low dose (80kVp/0.1 Gy), high energy level/medium dose (80kVp/1 Gy) and high energy level/high dose (80 kVp/2.5 Gy) of radiation in comparison to their corresponding un-irradiated controls at 96 hours and 24 weeks time points, as identified by the gene expression profiling analysis.
