Agrobacterium tumefaciens carrying HopZ-YFP constructs was pressure-infiltrated into Nicotiana benthamiana leaves, and expression was induced by spraying leaves with 30 µM dexamethasone 24 hours post-infiltration. Leaves were imaged 24–48 hours after dexamethasone induction. C/A indicates the catalytic cysteine was mutated to an alanine. G2A indicates the myristoylated glycine was mutated to an alanine.
