(A) Multiple cancer cell lines (as indicated) were treated with 5 μM NSC745885 for 24 h. Whole cell lysates were harvested and prepared for Western blotting with the indicated antibodies. (B-D) T24, MBT2, PC3, and SV-HUC-1 cells were treated with 2.5 and 5 μM NSC745885 or DMSO for 24 h. Relative mRNA expressions were verified by quantitative real-time PCR. The expression levels of CDKN1C, DAB2IP and WNT5a were normalized to GADPH expression relative to DMSO control and expressed as “relative expression” (mean±SEM, n=3).
