Comparison of tubular injury scores in each group following contrast media injection. The scores of tubular injury in iohexol-injected rats were significantly higher compared with those in control animals, while the scores of tubular injury in the rats treated with pentoxifylline and iohexol were significantly lower compared with those in rats treated with iohexol alone. ^aP<0.01, versus the NN group; ^bP<0.01, versus the HN group; ^cP<0.01, versus the HL group.
