Rats (n = 20) were injected with ±8-OH-DPAT, buspirone or citalopram and rated for 5-HT syndrome for 1 min every 10 min over 180 min. Fifteen minutes after 5-HT drug injection, all rats received L-DOPA (6 mg·kg−1) and were rated for AIMs for 1 min every 10 min over 180 min.
