Concentrations of InsP3, isoflurane and InsP3R inhibitors used are as indicated. In this and all subsequent figures, currents shown were recorded at room temperature with applied potential (Vapp) = −40 mV, and arrows indicate the closed channel current level. Concentration of free Ca2+ ([Ca2+]i) = 2 μM in all the experiments unless stated otherwise.
