Compound A increases sheep MCC 4–5 h after dosing. Compound A was given at t = 0 h in 2 doses; 0.3 mg (red triangles) with no effect vs. vehicle (black squares) 4–5 h after dosing, whereas 3 mg (red circles) demonstrated clearly increased MCC vs. vehicle, given as percent retention of the 99mTc signal 60 min after colloid administration.
