1. Cells transfected with XBP1u-N-FLAG were co-transfected either with empty vector (mock), SPP^D265A, TRC8ΔR or Derlin1^G180V as indicated and subjected to ³⁵S-pulse-label chase analysis (means ± SEM, n = 3). Asterisks, unidentified co-immunoprecipitated protein.
