After 5 minutes of acclimatization, male subjects were allowed to explore all chambers for 10 min. With the results obtained in the sociability assessment, the sociability index was calculated as the ratio of the difference to the sum of time spent exploring the novel mouse 1 and the time spent exploring the novel object.
