Effects of celastrol on mitochondrial function of differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes with mitochondrial dysfunction was assessed via (A) intracellular ATP concentration; (B) mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and (C) mitochondrial superoxide production. Basal level and insulin-stimulated condition are shown. Basal rate refers to the rate of glucose transport in the absence of insulin.
